The journey
How we help, step by step
You always know what happens next. Here is exactly what working with us looks like.
Our five step support journey
STEP 01
Listen
We start with a friendly, unhurried conversation. No forms, no judgement, just space to tell us what's going on.
STEP 02
Assess
Together we work out what matters most right now, what's urgent, and what support you're entitled to.
STEP 03
Support
We roll up our sleeves: forms, calls, applications and practical help, at a pace that works for you.
STEP 04
Connect
Where specialist help is needed, we connect you to trusted local partners and stay alongside you.
STEP 05
Follow Up
We check back in to make sure things actually improved, and step in again if they haven't.
Your needs, your pace
We adapt our support to you
Everyone processes information differently. Whether you are neurodivergent, living with an additional need, or simply find official letters and online systems overwhelming, we will adjust how we work so you stay in control.
Information in manageable steps
We break letters, forms and online tasks into small, clear actions so nothing feels like too much at once.
As much time as you need
There is no rush. We go at your pace, repeat anything you like and pick up where we left off another day.
Communication that suits you
In person, by phone, by email or in writing, we adapt how we explain things to match what works for you.
Support, not judgement
We offer practical help and signposting, and we will always point you to specialist or clinical services when that is what you need.
Practical support, not clinical advice
We provide practical support and signposting for neurodivergent people and anyone with additional needs. We do not offer clinical, medical or specialist therapeutic advice, but we will help you find the right organisation when that is what you need.
Talk to us about what works for youWho can we help?
If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, ask us anyway, we'll always point you somewhere useful.
