Why we exist
Too many people miss out on support they are entitled to, not because it isn't there, but because the route to it is confusing, digital-only, or written in language that assumes you already know how the system works.
We were set up to sit on the other side of that gap: to read the letter with you, to make the call, to fill in the form, and to keep going until something actually changes.
We won't rush you, we won't judge you, and we won't hand you a leaflet and call it support.
